How it works

1. Registration

If you have decided that you would like to accept cryptocurrencies in your business as payment, please let us know the required public information. Our operator will take the information and initiate a series of steps that will take you through a basic procedural test of the payment collection, settlement, and receipt of your proceeds.

2. Terminal

The TERMINAL links to a software code generated by the HYDRANODE operator and is specifically identifiable to your business. Your identifier generates BTC addresses and LN invoices exclusively for your needs. TERMINAL is publicly accessible via a map. However, anyone should use your TERMINAL, even without your knowledge, only you will ever receive the payoffs generated by it.

3. Operational mode

HYDRANODE is a recent innovation in payment systems. Therefore, we have to ensure that our clients have no worries about security or technical issues. For this reason, TERMINAL implementation at the client's site is carried out in two stages.

4. Financial settlement

Financial settlement is the process whereby at any time, upon your request, the operator will email you a statement of your crypto sales collected through your TERMINAL. The statement shows the sums collected in the crypto for transfer to your wallet. But there are also listed the converted amounts in FIAT currency according to the country of operation and the current exchange rate for the purpose of supporting material for its corporate accounting department. Consequently, the accounting department will process the income the same way as a bank statement of sales or a list of transactions from the card company.

5. Transfer of funds

In our case, ensuring the client's confidence that their proceeds are safe and collected in their HYDRANODE account is essential. HYDRANODE is not a bank, and it is not in its interest to hold client funds for longer than contractually agreed. In this case, it is even very disadvantageous to hold client funds at HYDRANODE from a purely technical point of view. The capacity of the channels is capped from above, and if they were to fill up, HYDRANODE would lose the ability to accept reimbursements for other clients.

6. Service price

HYDRANODE is a commercial but not a banking service with different principles than banking services. Our goal is not to collect client deposits but only to provide a smooth and simple transaction sequence directly to the client's wallet. Clients who use our optimized infrastructure have complete service free of charge, and their only effort should be to understand the system of operation.
